From an early age, I’ve been driven by curiosity for art and design, and as I continue growing as a designer, I’m becoming increasingly passionate about sharing what I’m learning with others through training and mentorship. I’m continually inspired by people’s resilience, drive, and hope, which keeps me learning, teachable, and evolving alongside a constantly changing world

In 2024, I launched and facilitated Bridging the Gap Between Industry and Academia in Animation Workshop, a training initiative that brought together students, educators, studios, and industry partners to align academic learning with professional animation practice. I served as a lead trainer, delivering hands-on instruction on industry workflows, production pipelines, and creative problem-solving. With support from the UNIMAC Institute of Film and Television, Fidelity Bank Ghana, and the Animators Association of Ghana, we created an immersive experience that equipped young creatives with practical skills, professional context, and pathways from classroom to industry.

As the founder and creative lead of Radiance Girl Africa, a nonprofit focused on expanding opportunities for women in STEAM, I created the Hair Expressed art exhibition in 2023, celebrating seven exceptional female artists from Ghana, Togo, and Benin. I led the concept, curation, and execution of the show in collaboration with sponsors including Société Générale, Fidelity Bank and Alliance Française, with additional support from institutional partners such as the UNIMAC Institute of Film and Television and the Animators Association of Ghana. Beyond showcasing outstanding artwork, The five-day art exhibition centered representation, storytelling, and mentorship, empowering participants and inspiring women in the tech and creative industries to confidently pursue their dreams.

I organized and partnered with other nonprofit organizations to deliver multiple educational training programs for students across Ghana. These initiatives spanned high schools and colleges, with a strong focus on communication design and emerging creative disciplines. I led and facilitated hands on workshops that encouraged students to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics with confidence, while introducing them to modern creative tools, digital workflows, and industry relevant practices. Across several schools and institutions, these programs were designed to expose over 5,000 students to real world creative possibilities and better prepare them for future academic and professional paths.
